Whilst this is an issue (not display item info/stats/attachments/etc), you're clicking the item name or image which is not how you add something to a parcel.
You just need to enter in the Qty field "1" and then click "Add to parcel"
Please confirm if you have tried the above procedure?

Just logged in, thanks, the quantity field looked like a greyed out button, I didnt realise this could be clicked and typed into!
Thank you for the help, perhaps these comments could be used going forward to improve the formatting of the items / box filling process
