Torn works on uct so its unlikely to change.
That doesn't mean that Torn shouldn't be localised for users in non TCT timezones?
It doesn't involve changing Torn server sideat all, just client side.
Either there's some confusion on the client side about whether UTC (not uct) or the client's local time is authoritative - which IS fixable, or perhaps there's some old code from when torn was on UK time (also fixable).

I had a word with Porny about it after this issue was temporarily closed and although it may seem low priority it may affect users in any number of time-zones.
This is fixed now.
