I am still a noob to this game, yet, i realized it is quite realistic. Havoing joined 3 days ago, and having aquired a few mills by "means", i am thinking about bying a car. Yet, before i do that, i am wondering if there is somee sort of taxes or upkeep, maintenance cost or anything like that.
Question about taxes.

Unless your considering racing, it's probably not worth it really (Well, unless you' re planning on trading I suppose). But no, there's not upkeep, tax or anything...they're just like any other regular 'item' in the game.
Are there any bikes?
There's a mountain bike
you have upkeep cost for any house you live in
item market fee's (3% of the price you list for)
and I consider being mugged by someone to be a sort of tax, the powerful taking there share of your wealth.
you have casino tax which you pay thru losing.
theres a tax in the form of medical items used if your in the hospital and want to train/crime
fail crimes and go to jail you are taxed crime exp that you have to rebuild.
theres a cost to do about anything just try to follow some of the guides to avoid or minimize as much of the cost as you can =)
