Education Time Error

I started the Psychology degree this morning and was to early for me to do the math to report the error sooner.
But with Adept VII = 17.5% Education reduction plus 10/10 Education merits = 30% reduction
I should receive a 47.5% reduction. 25 days 17 hours and 24 mins to complete the course not 29 days and some change. I took a current screenshot with 28 days 12hours remaining.

24 hr x 7 days = 168 hr/week
168 hrs/week x 7 weeks = 1176 hr
100% - 47.5% = 52.5% total course amount left after reductions
1176hr x .525 = 617.4 hrs
617.4 converts to 25 days 17 hours and 24 mins

they don't stack
24 hr x 7 days = 168 hr/week
168 hrs/week x 7 weeks = 1176 hr
100% - 17.5% = 82.5% total course amount left after 1st reduction
1176hr x .825 = 970.2 hrs
100% - 30% = 70%
970.2 x .70 = 679.ish
679.ish converts to 28 days plus days

did the math all wrong merits 10/10 = 20%
education job passive = 10%
adept VII 17.5%
found the error in my math i had the job passive stacked with the merits.
