Getting better work stats

Hi, all can someone tell me the easiest or fastest way to get my job stats up. because my stats are always to low to join better company and it starting to get annoying

Did you ask for training by director?

Ask your director to train you. You will also receive a number of endurance, manual or intelligence along with your daily pay every day. Doing education courses will give you small number of work stats too. Hope it helped!

You could also join the education job, as you get promoted within it you can purchase work stats in exchange of job points. 10 jp for 100 of each stat. pay isnt anywhere close to the level of most player owned companies but if you can stick it out for a while it may be worth it for you

Either way it will take time first 50-100 days you won't get good stats . If you have friends or faction members with companies they ca train you to gain 50 of primary stat and 25 of secondary in the company you are working for at the particular job you are assigned to giving you 500/250 of that stat a day. But leaving you low on the other third stat so you will have to switch in between stats or when you train you will have to be assigned to different position to get trained.

Pay for 5-10 trains per day. You need the to find a shady director willing to do that. Sweet shops tend to be the best location.

Just follow his plan to get to the education starter job and you can buy work stats with job points.

You can also get a company job and get the director to train you, but if your stats are quite low, you might have a hard time finding a good spot.
