Staff Objectivity in Forums

Staff should be Objective in Forums and should allow Feedback on Issue(s) if at all possible and NOT just close a thread immediately.

Here's an example. http://www.torn.com/forums.php#!p=threads&f=19&t=15973506&b=0&a=0
There is 0 Feedback here (except by Staff) and thread was closed almost immediately after posting. How does Staff KNOW if there is NOT a problem if there's no chance for anyone to Feedback on the issue? (Either players or techie confirming on the mechanics of the code)

LOTS of Issues and problems in Torn have gone on for YEARS because Staff keep closing the threads and the issue NOT pursued cause Staff think "Oh not ANOTHER problem" and just keep closing threads. I made my point. DAL

I think that is not a good example to use that particular thread. Marc states its working as they want it to and feedback from other players on awareness 10 shows they get items spawned regularly (when the map stopped spawning recently).

Is there another example you could use? I have not been playing years so cannot comment further on issues that have lasted that long.

My point is this: Issues get dropped even BEFORE they get addressed properly. 90% of ALL my Bugs and Issues have been closed almost immediately and there IS a problem or issue there to FIX. Players need to input saying Yes they have the same or similar problem or a Good LONG while with NO posts at all before Staff decides what to do about a thread. Immediately closing a thread is both RUDE and WASTES my time without a look see. (Main reason I HATE posting in Torn Forums cause it's largely a WASTE OF TIME and nothing gets done about issue anyways) O.O
