Yes. You lose them at the time you use your last
Confirmed: Refills cost 25 points (100 energy), go to the Points Page and buy 25 Points, use them by clicking on the points on your profile then refill 25 points, you can only refil 1 timein 24 hours, but most do this on the 24:00 hour, before and after. Enjoy the game. Refills are expensive, be sure to use a Donator Pack DP and buy Xanax to refill your energy at lower cost. Enjoy
I thought the OP was possibly referrin to the free refills you get when you register for the game.
If so it used to be the case that you did lose any remaning refills when you completed the last of Geore's intro missions but I believe that no longer happens and as the poster above said, you lose them when you have used them.
There certainly are ways to make the most of these refills in a way that has a very noticeable effect on a character's stats. So if the OP has any left he should look into what those ways are. Perhaps by startiing in the Tutorials/Guides section...
Ya I'm pretty sure he was talking about the 20 off the bat.
I remember someone who went straight into a 7 star sweet shop and waited until he could do a 99k train with all 20 refills+ xanax and the point refill, I believe he got around 260k stats not a bad way to spend them in my opinion but of coarse this does take a long time so if you want good stats quick don`t do this.
