Is there any system where we can rent out item?
The thing is, I found an enhancer in city where I am not at the level to use it yet. I don't want to sell it but maybe i could rent it out for someone who want to use it. Is there any in-game-system that could do that?
It more or so like properties renting.
More a question than a suggestion, but...
If you mean a stat enhancer (boxing gloves, etc) then it is a one shot item, so it would make no sense to rent out.
If you mean a crime enhancer (balaclava, mountain bike, etc) then they are so cheap that nobody of a level that wanted one would choose to rent rather than buy.
But no, there's no equivalent of property rental for anything else. Only thing I could think of that rated high enough to be worthwhile would be stock BBs or dual weapons; weapons could be an informal rental via faction loans perhaps?

This would be a good system to add in, probably allowing more advanced equipment to fall into the hands of the less fortunate, by allowing them to rent them like they rent PI's.
We might see Golden AK-47's make an appearance on the streets more, if the owner is not actively using it, as well as other high class weapons.
I think that's a really cool idea. R+++
