tried to sell my pi for 810m on the market when i clicked on ok for it to go to the market it gave me 375 m instead

When you click sell from your property it defaults to the estate agents buying price which is 75% of price for a base property in this case 75% of 500mil which is 375mil
If order to list it on the market, you have to enter the value in the value box next to the question:
Please enter how much you would like to put your Private Island on the market for! and then click the sell button.
It would appear that you clicked the sell to the estate agent button by accident
Edit: There are two sell buttons on the properties sell page
i clicked onsell on market not tot he agent
Sounds like you sold it back to the estate agent rather than putting it on the item market unfortunately.
I can pass up for someone to check your records for confirmation but I don't see anything other than that.
