So, i was in a company and then it was given to an inactive player, is there a way to vote for a new director? its a good company, but the owner is inactive, and took all the money out.

No - the company is the property of the director and ownership cannot be transferred. All you can do is find a new job as now that the company is not making any money it will continue to slowly lose rating until it drops back down to 0 stars (inactive).
