For some reason, it won't Sil3nced [1535416] be Toilet Paper'ed (I've attempted).
It works fine for others:
You carefully move up to David's property and throw the roll of toilet paper over the Drakkar Sea Fort. After several throws, you're happy with your fine accomplishment and make your getaway. David's happiness is decreased
