Not sure if this has already been suggested, but...
City Watch
It would be good if all notifications (that popup in the bottom right) from City Watch would automatically open your browser and log you in to Torn. Some notifications such as when you have full energy do this. But other notification such as reaching your travel destination just open City Watch, then you have to click 'play' to get taken to Torn.
Mailbox
Another suggestion would to be able to see a conversation history/reply chain of messages sent via the Mailbox. Because when people send you a response, you only see their message, with no context of what they are replying to. You have to then go to your Outbox to find the message you sent to them and any other correspondance in order to better understand their response.
