I've been in the same company for 4 days. I'm supposed to gain 19 endurance and 38 intelligence everyday but my stats are still 6 / 4 / 5 .
Is it a bugs?? Anyone help me??

You only gain stats if/when the director of the company trains you. Not a bug - talk to the director.
You only gain the stats if you are effective in that position. You are far from effective with your current working stats in any company (http://www.torn.com/wiki/Companies#Sweet_Shop) so you might want to join a starter job in order to get your working stats up
