Here's an issue, not a bug, but an issue...

The two staff members responsible for "player management" are married to each other in real life. Someone please explain to me how this doesn't introduce a conflict of interest, and how they can be legitimately expected to have differing opinions. I'd like to see these roles switched up, or have a third staff member in this position.

Not trying to thread jack or anything but what's wrong with colleagues being married? Is that also a federal offense now?

I'm not in charge of how the game is managed, nor am I worried about the last word on the other matter. You'll see in my un-editted OP that I simply closed with a statement of "I'd like..." - not a demand or sense of control.

Yes, I did seek out an admin regarding the other matter, which is how and when I made this realization. So, while one thing lead to another, it's obviously unrelated. This "issue" thread is independent of anything else going on in the game, and - as stated in OP - I'm sure someone somewhere agrees with me that a conflict of interest may exist.

It's not a federal offense, but for 2 colleagues to hold the same position of authority has actually been fought in civil court over labor disputes.

Obviously, neither your statement or my reply here is truly valid in-game. This is, after all, a game. But, for a married couple to be in the same level of authority over players, with no independent input from someone of the same rank, does - I think - as described - introduce the potential for a conflict of interest and bias.
