I'm here seeking for some help about trains, can someone help me? although my level is 18 but both my battle stats and work stats are super low, tell me how to improve it and what to improve next. I would like to have someone as my guider.

Well. It's all about money. If you can afford the drugs your stats'll gaine fast
There's some my ways to increase battle stats:
(This is only for low battle stats)
4 xanax + 5 eDVDs + ectasy: this will gain you about 15k stats per train i think
Or if you work in sweet shop you can spend 300 job point for 45k happiness + 1000e + ectasy i think you will gain so much battle stats by this step
There's so may ways increase battle stats you can find it in forms.

There are loads of guides in this section for you to read and follow! Start reading! I outlined a few things below, but it isnt the list of all lists.

money makes money.
drugs are good.
use most of your energy on training, slow and steady, you can still increase your stats over the long run.
set tangible goals for yourself, it'll help keep you motivated (ex. obtain x amount of stats by age y, or something more fun like be able to hospitalize someone for a faction war, etc.)

if you need a mentor, I would suggest joining a faction for the community and social aspect of it. Lots of helpful ppl within a faction that can help build up loyal dedicated players. Joining a faction can also give you some added training perks (gym gain %) each time you train or reduce your drug addiction, etc.
