    I'm not sure what you'd like us to do here? There's no issue - the system is working as expected. Ranks aren't predictable, so should not be treated as such.

i hv 8*Grocery oldest over 1800 days with good exp , replaced all inactives and raised its stats
got Pop 37% Eff 100% Enviro 100% on prev Sunday but it didn 't rank
so i thought i need t raise Pop % fr higher , this Sunday it hit 51% on Pop but it didn 't rank too

i tried checking all events inside t see when it was last down ranked or ranked up but found nothing
so i hope staff can help by telling me when it was down ranked or ranked up last and why it hasn 't ranked

I see the same news as you do, there are no recent rating changes for that company.

Looking at the company, it appears to have far less exp than other grocery stores.
