If memory serves correctly, this bomb was used strategically when PT and FTW were warring for rank. Ultimately resulted in a PT victory.

Just to add more to it FTW surprised declared on PT. So PT dropped the bomb and fought back.
(I also think FTW declared on JFA at the same time and finished off JFA first then PT I could be wrong on this).
