And I don't care to be sent a mail, or a chat, or a car, or a beer, or any other sort of spam

I have been jailed about 3000 times so i dont really have time to reward them all.
It is a 2 way thing though there are merits for busting dont forget and it used to be great crime xp as well.
People aren't busting in hopes of a reward. They are busting in order to get the merits and awards that come from busting. They are doing in their own interests, not to help out the guy in jail.
I don't reward people, and I don't expect anyone to reward me.

it's a random flower most of the times that i do.
