Hello guys,
My 6* sweet shop is ranked first among all the other 6* sweet shop( it has been 2 weeks since im on the top, even better than some 7* and 8*)
and im waiting every monday to rank up, but it didnt happen

what is actually trigger the Star ranking ?
i have 100% efficiency and 100% environment

Your company has to have a certain amount of days on it for it to rank up.

Keep making good income and you'll soon rank up (only on Sunday's!)

And do i need to keep 100% environment to rank up?

Environment should always be at 98-100% anyway.
It's amount of days your store has been running and how much experience it's built up.
Hold that position and it will come I'm sure!
How old is your store

How many days old does it have to be? company is 152 days old.
