...or is it intentional? Not sure how it's done, but every time I receive a sizeable dividend from stocks, I get mugged, almost without fail. I am mugged very seldom otherwise. Clearly, people have a way of recognizing when players have available cash. Shouldn't this be considered an exploit and if so, why hasn't it been fixed after all these years?

There's no way of people knowing. Just poor luck
