Ont the survey it seems to say "If you can't thing of any, please leave fields blank"

This should surely say think?
This is the case on all three multi answer questions.

Also "genera" on question 7.

Yes good point that should be genre. Did notice but forgot to post :)

I came here to point out these same errors.

Fixed. Changes will be applied on the LIVE in the next release.

I corrected it genre* in my answer.
