Hey all, I'm still new to the game so this might be a dumb question but do Bazaar's let you list your items for sale without the 3% charge? Thanks.

Correct. It also lets you :

List items in stacks instead of one at a time (i.e. when you post 100 flowers, it has one stack of 100 that people can buy any quantity of, instead of 100 individual postings).

Open and close your bazaar whenever you want

Change prices / add / or remove items whenever you want with no charge
