I just rehabbed and got rid of 99% addiction. Everything is fine, my stats don't show any effects from addiction, however there is still a brain icon showing me I have -4% effects from addiction.

Update: It dissapears for a while and then appears again when the page is refreshed.

Try refreshing your icons: preferences > icon settings

Got the same problem. Payed the rehab cost but the addiction is still there.
