We get occasional reports of users receiving 502 errors, however no developers have been able to reproduce the problem. We're trying to find the similarity between the users experiencing the issue.
Please only post if you experience '502' errors on a regular basis (NOT 504)
If you see them often, please provide the following details.
1) What date / time did you see the error?
2) Which page produced the error?
3) What server were you on?
4) Do you receive 502's regularly, what frequency?
5) Are there any particular pages or times when it happens more often?
6) What country are you in?
7) What is your ISP?
8) Are you on DSL / broadband or a mobile connection?
9) Wired or WIFI?
10) What's your operating system and browser?
11) Do you notice delays / lag before the error appears, or does it appear instantly?
12) Were you doing prior to the error appearing? Were you making lots of actions in a short time frame?
13) Coke or Pepsi?
14) Are you certain it was a '502' error and NOT a '504' error?
If you can provide a screenshot of the 502 error, including the exact date/time and the page URL, that would also be very helpful.
