No Staff/Admin Reply?

I have previously reported a member of staff for breaking the rules, but yet to receive a reply (this was weeks ago). Any reasoning behind this as i'm starting to feel as though the staff may do as they like with little to no comeback on them self's.

At the end of the day this is a game that many of us pay to play, but that is something i am no longer happy doing until i see the staff/admins are honorable people with no favoritism heading towards anyone.

Reports on staff members are handled by admins. We may not always reply (much like when you report players, we don't tell you what happens as we don't talk about other player's accounts) but it's certainly looked in to and action is taken where appropriate.

Further to what Marc said... you won't usually get a mail. The response to reports will be in the report.
