All of my chatboxes disappeared a few days ago, and I have no idea why. when I logged in on my phone, they were there. The main thing I use is my laptop, which is mainly using chrome.

Try clearing your browsing data/cache/cookies. If that doesn't work the only thing you can do is wait for them to come back, this is a known issue.
Edit: Also, if you have Tampermonkey, try disabling that and see if they work then. That's apparently a cause of it.
