here on the map is show jfk as about 50% meaning about 250k points (from how i understand it ).
However on the faction page it says they only have

they only have about 2.2k.
Only thing i can think of that they are going to start off at 50% and if the dedender gets to 0% they win the deference which is different from what you have told us how it works.
