Do you have any of the new mission items in your inventory; those new masks for example?
This would cause the spike in networth till prices even out nyhow.
It will be because of the mask or new item you have acquired from a mission. J.ackson and Philistine were right

Mine networth also increases to 2.5 bill I got two masks but they are not so expensive
