How long does it take for Items to respawn in the city is there a specific time or does it spawn in randomly?

How long does it take for Items to respawn in the city is there a specific time or does it spawn in randomly?
If you mean for you to find, then it is pretty much random chance.
Every time you click the city link there is a small chance an item will spawn, it used to be the first time you clicked it each hour (or 30 mins), I'm not sure that is still the case.
Best bet is to click through the city whenever you want to use the gym etc.
Thanks i just thought it did a full respawn at a certain time.
