What is the use of the chain bar and when/how does it appear?
it's used to track a chain in a faction chain
the chain is the number of hits made within x minutes of one another on other factions
it lets you know how close you are to bonuses and just how many hits in general have been made during the chain you're tracking, i'd suggest further reading in the torn wiki
