Try using the link below, this will explain. If player B has 14 times more defense than Player A has strength (e.g. Player A strength = 10m, Player B defense = 140m), then Player B will do 0 damage. http://www.torn.com/forums.php?p=threads&f=1&t=15924203&b=0&a=0&start=0&to=16107084

that more then likely means that they have more defense then you have strength.
Try using the link below, this will explain. If player B has 14 times more defense than Player A has strength (e.g. Player A strength = 10m, Player B defense = 140m), then Player B will do 0 damage.
