how can i control my company
I think the Controls are pretty straight forward when you open up the Job page? To train employees, go to the Employees tab, managing funds in the Funds tab, accept applications in the Applications tab, e.t.c.
To advertise for employees you can do that in Trade chat (you will need employees of course.)
