all my chats seem to work except one i got sent from someone.. anytime i try to either open it or remove it i get an error message.. screen shots posted below

not sure if there is a bug or possibly something sent in that chat from that person that is causing it to do that..

the name circled in red at the bottom , everytime i go to close or open chat i get an error message that is in the second screenshot
