WSSBGate a Kangaroo Court decision by Ched

1) I agreed with Ched

2) investing more than half world of your networth is not a good step to invest in stock market (suddenly you made it)

3) why so confident in investing too much money in a fragile stock? why on that day? and in that period?

4) why your faction not collecting money once again to be invest in EVL stock? i thinks it will make you a lot of money based on your 'genius' well-explained graph?

5) the buying-selling pattern too 'rare' at that time especially it reflect you buying activity at that time

Whoever was found to be cheating the system needs to dealt with adequately.

I agree with it. I read the entire original thread here and tbh it's exactly what a guilty (or innocent) person would say. However, there was so much time to cover all angles of this story since it happened that even I could have posted the same excuse while not even being involved after how much has been said on the forums on this subject. In waiting this long anyone that WANTED to make an excuse would have said pretty much exactly what the OP said here.

P.S. I like kangaroos, they don't deserve courts though.

Got to say - either way this game has gone to shit.

As a developer/community manager, Ched should envisave issues like this at the time of an update and plan for them instead of having a kneee jerk reaction. Do you see other games having issues such as this? No. Joe is out of his depth, has grown up and can no longer be assed (sees TC as a burden) and in my opinion is attempting to react to what the community wants rather than what it needs.

Ched isn't a profesional game developer - he's a kid in a bedroom who has a full time job and is trying to make a bit of cash on the side.

Torn used to be good and I was THAT close to subscribing but his decisions regarding this, staff, rules and a whole host of other things over the last 6 months or so are diabolical.

I beleive he has the games best interests at heart, I really do. I just think he is trying to make it easy on himself as he now has a life and it is backfiring.

Torn is your child Ched - treat it as such and do not continue treating it in such a poor manner. If you can't be bothered - sell it.

Are you guys missing the point that we held these stocks for MONTHS after the new benefit was added? Why would we do this after it was made public, unless we were clearly speculating on its future value? Why did we keep our stock when about 4 BILLION shares were sold when it started trending down at $270 per share? Holding it was a risk, where we could have lost it all, so we are entitled to the rewards of foresight, and my whole premise since it was released, that the stock price rise was due to the BB change. Option C is right, we are entitled to the profit we generated after the WSSB change was made public. The excuses from Ched are flimsy and ill substantiated.

It's actually pretty easy to voice concerns/issues without acting like a 4 year old having an outburst. Generally goes over a lot better too. For bonus points you can even try adding something constructive.

Why would it matter when the stock was sold? it was still purchased 20:16:12 09/07/1, 15:17:59 29/07/16 between those dates rite?.



So logically since the stock was purchased during that time period therefor no matter how much you want to get that profit back you won't.
