It isn't possible- you can mug someone carrying....
$10 for 20.7% of it,
$100: 18.39%
$1,000: 16.09%
$10,000: 13.79%
$100,000: 11.49%
$1,000,000: 9.18%
$10,000,000: 6.88%
$100,000,000: 4.58%
$1,000,000,000: 2.28%
$10,000,000,000: 1%
(with percentages doubled for 10/10 mugging merits)
Unless that someone is only caring about a small percentage of what they are carrying? :P
You can put merits in mugging but i doubt it can give you 70% of their cash.
isn't possible, but some people mug continuously after mug protection wears off
