so if u mug a target for the `Keeping Up Appearances` (mug then send the cash back u mugged)
and get an empty upon mug then how do u finish the mission? its not even counted the mug attack win

I don't know, but because I'm curious - Try sending a dollar and see if it triggers anything? I'm thinking as long as it's at least the amount mugged, it could trigger.
I sent my target like 10k, mugged him and then sent what I got, bit odd but well, it works.
