I think that we should have a clock in the ui that shows the time in torn. It would make it easier to organize things like wars and whatnot of out was really simple to figure out what time it was in the city at a glance.

Wheres the ui?
What about the clock in the bottom left of your page that already shows torn time, no matter what page you are on?
UI means user interface so all the buttons and information on the whole page kinda count.
But the TCT clock needs to be on every page, to be fair. It is not on some travelling pages, for example.
