After finishing a few mission, a book (no more sick days) appeared. How logical can this be? Ok, you would say that rewards appear randomly, but what are the odds of the same book appearing again? Isnt better if rewards appear accordingly to the points earned?

This would be something for the suggestion box, since you want to have this changed.
I think its fine the way it is.
It encourages mission participation. When you see something nice appear which costs a lot of mission points it gives you a incentive to carry on doing missions.
Just be glad you got it to come around twice. I have only had 1 book. Can't remember what it was but one of the not useful ones. Still waiting on the good book or good mod, that isn't overpriced, for that matter.
Just because you have done more missions and got more credits doesn't mean the rewards are any better. The only way to get better mods is to buy the low level ones.
Shouldn't mission reward armour, weapons etc be listed with their attributes? The costs in points are high, so you should know exactly what you are purchasing.
Would be something for the suggestion box.
