Citizens,

We've implemented some changes to the bounty system with the main objective of making it less open to abuse. Nothing is set in stone here, and further changes may be made - we're just experimenting with a few things. All changes were discussed extensively with the committee to find optimal solutions.

1) Firstly, the 10 bounty limit has been moved over to the bounty lister (rather than the bounty receiver). Everyone now has up to 10 active bounty slots, this is the maximum amount of bounties anyone can have placed at any one time.

2) The list of bounties are now condensed, with only one row per target. In cases where multiple bounties are placed on a single target of different rewards and listers, the one with the highest value will be shown.

3) Bounties that you have received or placed will appear at the top of the list, in red or green.

4) You can now place multiple bounties (up to 10) at the same time. The target will receive a single event for multiple listings placed at once.

5) Any reward value can now be used for bounties (even $1). This 'free marketplace' is something we're experimenting with. You'll need to set a sufficient reward for someone to claim it, otherwise your bounty will just sit there for a week taking up one of your slots until it expires (without refund).

6) There is now a listing fee of 50% of the reward price. The anonymity fee is an additional 50%.

7) The 'Buy off' feature has been removed, for now at least.

8) Claiming bounties can now be stealthed: The lister won't know who claimed your bounty if you stealthed the attack.

Thanks.
