Won't connect to what? Using phone data or wireless?

What message do you get?

wont connect to torn period. wifi, cellular network, hotspots, nothing. Gives the Cannot Connect blank page. loaded home 1 time but was not right. then never did again

Looks like they're performing maintenance, if they use Amazon S3 for any of their services then its going to be slow as hell as its currently down.
