Hi,
I can't change any of my personal setting. Each time I go into personal settings my browser freezes and forces me to close the page.
I have tried this in 2 browsers (IE, Firefox) on my own computer, and on other devices.
I also have others in my family who play, and only my account has this issue, even if they use the same PC as me, their setting pages works fine.
Someone who knows IT better than me has told me it must be something in the data loaded for my torn profile on the preferences page - and only a torn admin can go in and fix it up.
it is more then likely your profile. i can wipe it if you wish?
Wipe as in have to start from scratch again or just my picture?
Which part of her profile? Just settings? Or images etc..
just so we can save before you wipe
your whole profile, not your image(s). i will obviously send a copy to you in your mailbox.
I dont understand what that means..
would i have to start all over again if you wipe it all or just whats on my profile page ?

what i will do is this, i will go into your profile, copy the whole thing and send it to you as a mail. then i will delete the profile. this way you would still keep your profile (assuming you save it somewhere) and will be able to access your settings again.
The OP would like what you mean by 'profile' explained. Profile signatures? Personal information?
OK so once you have done this i will be able to change all my setting again ? ie: my revive, forum etc, which is the main thing i want fixed.
User ID 1525519's P-Sig was changed. and a copy was send to your mail.
please post back if all is sorted or if you still have any issues.
