Do job points move with you when you switch from one job to the next? Say you have 200 job points for a sweet shop and then switch to a cruise line job, would you have 200 job points or start over at 0?

No. You will start at 0 for the cruise line job.
But you start at 200 points whenever you switch back to any sweet shop company.
No, but they'll remain there. Such as switching from on company to another company of the same category. Not from let's say candle shop to cruise liner. Rather from one candle shop to another.
