I kinda new on torn and I would like to know how much crimes do you need to do to be able to successfully complete better crime

I kinda new on torn and I would like to know how much crimes do you need to do to be able to successfully complete better crime
once you get to a 15 nerve bar you should be able to start doing shoplifting. If you get blue crimes often back down, they will not hurt your CE, but you want to build your xp not sit still. Once you get green crimes from shoplifting work to doing shoplift jackets. This is the safest shoplifting crime. Eventually you will get only green crimes from this. Shoplift jackets until at least 2,500 theft crimes, some say go all the way to 10,000. Once you hit a 25 NNB (natural nerve bar, or nerve bar without merits or faction perks) buy a wind proof lighter and a gas can, complete your drivers license education course and start doing Arson Warehouse. This will build your nerve bar to be able to move on to better crimes.
