This one is pretty short and simple: Have a project status page that's accessible on torn and updated with major changes.

Now, I know this might not be ideal for the developers, since it's really going to put the pressure on, but it would be nice to have an idea of where the game is at more than once every half a month to a year.

Secondary suggestion: Maybe allow people to vote on what projects should be worked on in the next quarter(s). Again, not very ideal to let people decide what should be worked on, but it would give people the feeling of being involved with the development a bit more.

Tertiary suggestion: I know this is going to get me a lot of downvotes probably, but it would be 'cool' if there was a way to crowdfund certain projects.

I know that there's already a way to do that, it's called DPs and subscriptions, but those generally go towards upkeep of servers and whatever's left goes to development.

How it would work is that each project has a budget that people could donate money to. Once the budget is reached, Ched can then use that money to hire a developer to work on it immediately. If we could maybe make up the money for specific projects, we could get stuff done at a bit of a faster rate.

For example, say we really want that travel revamp which is now on hold. Now I know tons of people are gagging for a revamp of that, so we could crowdfund the costs of getting that worked on.

Well, we're supposed to get a seasonal newsletter every season, but now that I think about that, you're absolutely right, we don't >_>
