I'm doing a mission called 'Cracking Up' where I have to attack a person and open Duke Safe. As you fiddle with the knob the safe cracks open. You reach inside with trepidation and pull out Duke's Selfies.

My Question is can I keep them? Will Duke take them back after the mission fail?

Go to your items -> misc, choose the selfies and send.
