Hi guys, i watched a video on youtube, and some kid on there said if you take a drug whilst in hospital you cannot overdose...
Is this correct? Can i self hosp then use a xanax and never OD?

No it is not true.
thats kind-of an odd thing to do even if it were true O.o how are you going to get out of the hospital once you are there in time to use it?
That's false. I've overdose on xanax while already hospitalised. You get the standard 80+ hr hosp stay with 0 happy, nerve etc.
BikerChick the energy doesn't go anywhere. You keep it as it doesn't reset. Even if it did you would just med out...

oh ok. i havnt use drugs in forever. thought there was a time limit
The only thing that resets is the Happiness bar; Energy is always kept, hence why people can stack E for wars etc :)
