when you add a new employee, their efficiency is automatically set to zero until new day the efficiency bar is based on the mean efficiency of all employees eg: - the mean of 5+5+5+5=5=100% - the mean of 5+5+5+5+0=4=80%

the efficiency bar is based on the mean efficiency of all employees
eg:
- the mean of 5+5+5+5=5=100%
- the mean of 5+5+5+5+0=4=80%
Employee effieceny rating is effected by a few things. These are some of them.
- Taking drugs (or under the effect of a drug)
- Not rehabbing regularly
- Being inactive
- Not qualified for the job (they don't meet the minimum requirement for the role you've set them to)
Yes... Get them all to apply to my company and your efficiency will stay the same!
Thanks.
