How much does it add per bag you withdraw?

Great thank you. I thought it went onto booster. Losing 2hrs medical cooldown per bag filled isnt too bad :)
Remember its 3 hours..... But its the best health item available; so do stock up on them; you'll need them for faction chaining etc at a later date, or even to do difficult missions.
Remember to prepare some blood that is not your type too.
Able to self-hosp anytime is just too convenient
