Having been a Surgeon and earning the Revive perk, i then joined a company. Expecting to lose the revive perk i still have the option to do this. Is this allowed or is it a bug?[image: ibb.co]

It's intended. It's a passive job perk once you've earned it.
You will also get passive perks from Education (reduced class times) and Law (increase crime success rate).
Is this the case for any passive job perk, or is it limited to these three? For example, would the below perk be permanently available if I left that job in the Cyber Cafe?

no, company perks are only available if you are in that type of company.
