    Get a starter job. I recommend the army Dave 1k no spend on defence then your stats will be good enough to work in companies

Are you being trained by your Director at all?

If you are looking for high work stats , the Education, Medical or Law career all have good perks if you stay in them a while, and have good stat rewards. They don't pay very well though.

What are your current stats, if they are to low for your position you will gain little or no stats from your job.

It's a new company, a week old so haven't been trained yet. My stats are M-10 I-197 E-85. Job Position: Sales Clerk E-6,500 I-3,250

You should get the following for clerk position:



Rank: Sales Clerk Primary Stat: 6,500 END Secondary Stat: 3,250 INT Stat Gain: 45 END & 23 INT



If you haven't received your stats per day, probably make a bug report and an admin can explain to you.

I don't think that is right tarelli. He should receive working stats per day (depending on his job role) regardless to how low his stats currently are?.

I'm not sure about this.

Yes, I agree that he will not have an effect on the company performance and his efficiency rating should be low due to his stats. But his stats gained per day should surely go up.

I've never employed a brand new player so I cannot confirm this is the case, but surely it would have been said somewhere, can you show anything to back up what you've said?.

Agreed, he wont have an impact on the company but being in that position he gets what the spot gets. Where is the info?

I dont know What Tarelli is smoking, but he should be gaining stats.



What does it say when you go onto your job page?

Tarelli is right. Having no where near the required amount of stats for a position will mean you get next to no stat increase. Thats why noobs should be careful what company they join at first.

If you look at your job page it will say Stats gain up to 45 END etc. If your stats are not high enough for the position you wont get the full amount. If you stats are not even close you may not gain anything.

Thanks for your help guys, company ended up going bust as no-one in the company was gaining stats. Am currently looking for a new job at the moment.
